Your name, contact details, towing car details and booking information, so we can arrange your hire, check you're eligible to tow and contact you about your booking.

How we use it

Only to manage bookings, meet our insurance requirements and keep accounts. We don't sell your data.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as needed for insurance and tax purposes, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@hitchwelltrailers.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
